Payments

Payments are made securely via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to use PayPal, simply use your credit or debit card to make your purchase. If you do have a PayPal account, you can use it to make purchases. When in PayPal, you can also apply for a new account. Once your payment has cleared PayPal, Loving Inspirations LLC will be notified and your purchase will then be processed and shipped.

Refunds

Normally, all purchases are final unless:

·         If your purchase is not a special order and it has not yet been shipped, you may cancel it by contacting Loving Inspirations LLC either by phone or email (please provide your Order Number and a contact phone number for verification). When cancelled, your payment will be refunded through PayPal against the method of payment.

·         If your purchase was a special order and has been cleared through PayPal, your purchase will not be refunded.

·         If your purchase arrives damaged, you may contact Loving Inspirations LLC for a full or partial refund – you must contact Loving Inspirations LLC at 248-563-7707. It will be your responsibility to return the item prior to any refund being awarded. Refunds will be made against the method of payment supplied on the original PayPal purchase.

Shipping

All purchases will be shipped via the United States Postal Service once your order has cleared payment in PayPal and has been processed by Loving Inspirations LLC. All orders are insured and must be accepted by at the shipping destination with a written signature. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.

Privacy

All personal information will be kept private and be used strictly for shipping and billing purposes. Your information will not be distributed to any third party. Any financial information supplied for purchases are only securely supplied to PayPal and never presented to Loving Inspirations LLC. Other than to satisfy your order, Loving Inspirations LLC will never contact you unless you request to be on the Loving Inspirations LLC mailing list.
